About Us

Established in 2006, Open Mind Tanzania (OMT) empowers youth through business skills, entrepreneurship, employability training, and advocacy. Our vision is a world where young people lead the fight against poverty, ignorance, and social injustice. Our mission is to create a society that promotes economic, social, and moral rights through education, research, and legal assistance.

Governance

OMT operates under a structured governance framework ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic direction. We have a Board of Directors overseeing policy and program implementation, alongside advisory teams guiding sector-specific initiatives.
